Shipping policy

DELIVERY

We use DHL with tracking numbers for all shipments. All orders must be signed for by recipient.  Please consider this when providing shipment address and perhaps consider using a work or alternative address where you know someone will be available during daytime hours to sign and accept package.

We endeavour to send all products to you as soon as we receive payment. While we endeavour to work through orders as quickly as possible, please allow up to 10 days for dispatch of in-stock items.

We reserve the right at all times to vary the charge for delivery, and shall inform you if your package will cost more than the standard charge.

If you fail to take delivery of the ordered goods and they are returned to us, we will contact you upon their arrival via email.  A refund of the cost of goods without delivery will be processed within 7 days unless you have notified us before then to advise that the goods are still required. If the goods are still required, you will be charged an additional delivery fee for a second delivery.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure there is someone at the delivery address to sign for the package.  If no one is present the courier may leave your parcel in a safe place.  If a package is showing as being delivered but you are claiming non receipt of a parcel, please email oasis@bohemians.ie.  Notification of such failures must be made within 7 working days from last day of expected delivery.  Please allow 3-5 working days from date of notifying us to allow us to investigate with the courier.  If a refund is applied and the goods are later located then we reserve the right to place a debit for these goods unless you return them to us.  Failure to raise an initial query within this timeframe may result in failure to investigate with our couriers and redress may not be offered.

RETURNS 

Our returns policy in Ireland & Europe & Rest of World lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since the date of your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require you to enclose the returns form or proof of purchase, i.e order number.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend you use a tracked service as refunds cannot be processed until item arrives back. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially processed. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at oasis@bohemians.ie

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ON IMPORT DUTIES FOR ORDERS FROM OUTSIDE THE EU

If you are an international customer before purchasing online you should take into account that you may be liable to pay import duties on any items you attempt to import to your home nation.

Customers purchasing from outside of the EU (including UK) will be liable for paying any import duties due on any shipments where the value of the goods exceed the import threshold of the country the goods are being exported to.    

The import duties threshold varies from Country to Country and is set by Government of each nation themselves.  We would advise all customers to check the Import Tax Threshold of the Country you are purchasing from prior to making an online order.

Whilst Bohemian FC will make sure all the necessary paperwork and documents required by customs are in place and shipped with the order, unfortunately we cannot deal with Customs on behalf of the customer.
